I am disabling comments on this post due to the high traffic it brings in. Too many of them have language that is not acceptable for my site. I did not take the photo above, I just found it humorous so I posted it on my site. I am pro-second ammendment and I also frequently sport a mowhawk. I wonder if the image will THAT COOL if he was pointing one of your children or best friends ? To me, this picture fall in the box already filled with pictures of african war kids - for who the life has so little value it’s a nightmare. Beside that, wearing red color in a war conflict is kind of “odd”. I feel sorry, but I can’t have any better “reading”…

What makes you think he is being violent? A gun is a tool like a hammer. For all we know, he’s shooting at tin cans. That’s what I like to do with my guns anyway. The outfit and the mohawk are what’s one of a kind in this picture, not necessarily his rifle.

Actually, the photo is taken in the US, and I am not so sure the guy in the photo ever shot that gun. Still a really cool photo!

But honestly, you’re making fun of HIM for having a gun when $5 you know someone in the war and you “respect” them for their efforts.

Yeah, google’s how I got here too.. the guy has the “I’m so different I’m a cliche” look. Anyway, I like the look, if only it wasn’t so popular as of late… danged emo’s taking all of the meaning out.

this pciture is Jake in 2002 taken at the providence punk house. he’s a hippy now. kid was just into punk for the fashion but it wasnt his gun and he wasnt right wing or anything…

I know this guy, which is probablly more then any of you could say. if your gonna make fun of someone, get to know him first. ive seen his band play a few times and there great. punks arnt against guns, CRUST PUNKS are the hippies. Johnny is a really good guy.
